The Lao Mein option which is available at our quality chinese restaurant in Islington consists of a substantial serving of our fresh noodles tossed in a wok with a sauce that clings to the noodles ensuring the taste is consistent throughout and is mixed with fresh meat or seafood and a varying range of extras.
The chicken in chilli with a sauce made from black beans and is quality chinese food that contains green peppers garlic and fresh chili meaning the taste has a balanced coooling and warming effect on the palate. The si-chuan style braised beef comes complete with a hot bean sauce and pepper celery and chinese leaves. The final Lao Mein option is the hot and sour seafoods including squid, octopus and freshly made fishcakes that we make here daily in house.
